Meal Plan 14

We went to a great party last weekend where the main topics of conversation at our table were CrossFit and paleo--and I didn't even bring them up. Very fun! We couldn't decide if the movement is taking over or if we just hang out with like-minded friends. A bit of both, I think! Enjoy this week's meals. I welcome your comments!

  1. Pam, this is the week I am going to cook one of these meals. Laura, fingers crossed will have a little more flexibility with food after Wednesday but I am thinking the steak with truffle poached eggs and green side or grilled veggies is doable even if we are still on the cleansing diet. Mmmmmm, looks soooo good!

  2. Yum! The truffle oil makes everything taste great! Laura should really enjoy that recipe. Try it with the beet greens, if you want to have something warm. It would make a great combo! And so easy. Let me know how it goes.
