We've had a great week on the homefront. My husband and nephew were both attending CrossFit regional events to market their product, WODHOPPER, so I was cooking for one for part of the week. That usually means either steak or fish, and this week was no exception. All of the solo recipes are easily scaleable. We've started our CSA season so I will be getting fresh-from-the-farm organic produce for the next few months. That means a little experimentation with vegetables I may not normally use.
