Shopping List 38

Meat and Poultry (organic, grass-fed, etc.)
1 pound nitrate-free bacon
1 pound fresh nitrate-free Italian sausage
4 ounces nitrate-free prosciutto
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 grass-fed strip steaks
2-pound bison roast

Seafood
1 pound raw large wild shrimp, peeled and deveined

Dairy
1 dozen eggs
pastured butter
