Lemon-Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp good quality balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and combine with a whisk.
