Meal Plan 42

Just a couple more weeks before the kids head back to school. This summer has been a great one--and crazy busy! Having the opportunity to go to the CrossFit Games in California was amazing! Cheering for my brother in law, Greg Major, was such a great experience. And being related to the 11th fittest 55-59 year-old man in the world (AKA Greg) is SO cool! Although watching the main competition was amazing, I really enjoyed watching the Masters competition up close. The Masters competitors were so inspiring! Maybe it's the age thing that helped me to better relate to them... :)

While in California, I met some really great people including George from Civilized Caveman Cooking, Johnny D from SPN/Paleo Wagon, and Lee from Paleo Treats, just to name a few. There was such a great vibe the whole weekend and it made me so happy to be a part of the awesome paleo and CrossFit community. It also proved, once again, the importance of maintaining a healthy balance of nutrition and activity. So here's my contribution to the nutrition aspect of your health. Enjoy this week's meals!

Oh, and thanks SO MUCH for all of the awesome comments you've been leaving both here an on the Paleo Table Facebook page. I am a little behind in responding since we have been caught up in travel, kids, and summer fun...but you'll hear back from me very soon!
