Meal Plan 36

I put my crock pot to good use this week with overnight pulled pork and crock pot turkey breast with orange-cranberry sauce. There's nothing like knowing that a delicious meal will be ready at the end of the day with such little effort. We recently celebrated Alex's 25th birthday, so the first meal contains all of his favorites. He would be happy eating pulled pork seven days a week! Lucky for me, it's so easy to make, and the leftovers are a welcome ingredient for several days after. I also included a couple of old favorites--fried chicken and paleo burgers--yum! I hope you enjoy this week's meals!

For everyone participating in the CrossFit Open: Burpees are done! Yay! I don't really want to do that again any time soon. Can't wait to see what this week's challenge is!
