Shopping List 31

Meat and Poultry (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
5-pound pork Butt roast
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Seafood (wild, sustainable)
4 6-ounce wild salmon fillets
fresh ahi tuna steaks (as many as needed)
