Shopping List 31

Meat and Poultry (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
5-pound pork Butt roast
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Seafood (wild, sustainable)
4 6-ounce wild salmon fillets
fresh ahi tuna steaks (as many as needed)

Dairy (organic, grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
1 dozen eggs
grass-fed butter

1 small and 1 large red onion
3 medium yellow onions
2 Serrano chiles
4 green peppers
4 large jalapeno peppers
2 heads garlic
6 limes
2 lemons
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 bunch green onions
6 ripe avocados
1 pound brussel sprouts
2 small fennel bulbs
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
1 bunch fresh thyme
1 head cauliflower
2 inches fresh ginger root

28-ounce can whole or diced tomatoes (I use Muir Glen Fire Roasted.)
14-ounce can diced tomatoes
