Just getting back into the swing of things after a couple of special posts. This meal plan includes one of my favorite comfort foods: shepherd's pie. I would love for you to try it and let me know how you like it...especially you Paleo Table followers in England who have, undoubtedly, tried your share of shepherd's pie. The butternut squash lasagna is another good one, especially if you still crave pasta once in a while. Lot's of warm, comforting foods this week, plus a refreshing (and pretty) way to serve beets.
