Shopping List 26

Meat and Poultry (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
1 rotisserie chicken
1 cut-up fryer chicken
1 pound nitrate-free, natural smoked sausage (I like andouille.)
1 pound bacon
2 pound boneless beef chuck roast
4 ribeye or your favorite steaks

Seafood (wild, sustainable)
1 pound peeled and deveined medium raw shrimp

Dairy (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
1 dozen eggs
unsalted butter

Produce (local, organic, whenever possible)
1 pound tomatillos
2 jalapeno peppers
2 onions
1 bunch cilantro
2 lemons
1 lime
1 large sweet potato
1 to 2 inches fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic
1 bunch celery
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
2 heads cauliflower
2 pounds yams
10-oz fresh baby spinach

sea salt
black pepper
ground coriander
fennel seeds or crushed fennel
sweet paprika
ground cumin
crushed red pepper
ground cayenne pepper

1/4 cup raw almonds

Packaged Goods
2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes (I like Muir Glen Fire Roasted.)
1 16-oz jar of your favorite paleo-friendly salsa

Pantry Staples
1 large container organic chicken broth/stock
light-tasting olive oil
extra virgin olive oil
Dijon mustard
1 can full-fat coconut milk
8 Pure Wrap coconut wraps
hot sauce (I like Frank's Original.)
coconut aminos
arrowroot powder
sesame oil
coconut or apple cider vinegar (I like Bragg.)
