Shopping List 20

Meat and Poultry (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
1 1/2- to 2-pound flank steak
1 pound nitrate-free bacon
2-pound boneless pot roast
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 pounds ground beef

Seafood (wild, sustainable)
18 medium raw shrimp (about 1 pound)

Dairy (grass-fed, organic)
butter (3 Tbsp)
1 dozen eggs

Produce (local, organic, whenever possible)
1 large bunch fresh basil
2 bunches baby beets or 1 bunch regular beets
2 small or 1 large peach
5 large carrots
1 small bunch arugula
3 lemons
1 lime
1 head broccoli
2 heads garlic
2 large onions
1 small and 1 medium red onion
1 small bunch green onions
1 avocado
2 jalapeno peppers
1 5-ounce package spinach
3 medium-to-large plus 2 small zucchini squash
