Makes 1 cup.
1 tsp tomato paste
1/4 cup paleo mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp horseradish
dash hot sauce
1/2 pound lump crab meat
1 large seedless cucumber, sliced
- Whisk together tomato paste, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat and chives.
- Pour wet ingredients over crab mixture and stir well to combine.
- To serve, transfer crab dip to a small serving bowl. Garnish with additional chives, if desired. Serve with cucumber slices for dipping.
