Breakfast Week

I've talked to many people who struggle with paleo breakfast ideas. As promised, here are a few options for a perfectly paleo breakfast. If you are like me and never tire of eggs, try the spaghetti squash sandwich or my go-to breakfast: the paleo trilogy of eggs, meat, and vegetables. For those who want something in a bowl to replace your pre-paleo breakfast cereal or oatmeal, try paleo crunch with coconut milk or acorn squash porridge. And if you are trying to convert your partner to paleo, warm biscuits and gravy in the morning are sure to please. Each of these breakfasts fills me up until lunch. And each one is delicious. Give them a try and post your favorite here or on Paleo Table's facebook page!

  2. Thanks, Trixie...hope you'll try these and let me know how you like them! I'll have to talk to my technical support team (aka my husband and nephew) about adding a facebook link. Thanks for calling it to my attention!

  3. Hi, we love your site and have been using it often, one thing that would be useful to me is a quick way to see prep/cook time without reading the full receipe.

  4. Pam,

I loved the sweet potato recovery bars at the Fight Gone Bad event. I looked on the recipe page but didn't see it yet. Is this a secret recipe or will you share it with the world? :)

  5. Hi, Craig! Glad you and Aud are using the site! I have not put the times down since I am usually blogging the meal as I make it and the times wouldn't be accurate. As I begin to repeat meals, I will try to update the recipes with times. Great suggestion!

  6. Hi, Michael! Glad you liked the bars at FGB! You'll be happy to hear that they don't contain any cheats--NO honey! I'm pretty proud of that one. :-) For now, the recipe is TOP SECRET (MWA-HA-HA!). I'll be posting it the week of the Life As Rx Tour in Libertyville. Stay tuned!
