Shopping List 27

Meat and Poultry (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
4 boneless skin-on duck breasts
2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 pounds)
1 pound nitrate-free bacon
1 flank steak (about 1.5 pounds)

Dairy (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
grass-fed butter
1 egg

Produce (local, organic, whenever possible)
4 cups brussel sprouts
4 sweet potatoes
3 pounds yellow onions
1 sweet red pepper
1 bunch fresh sage
1 bunch fresh oregano
1 bunch fresh thyme
1 large head garlic
2 large Granny Smith apples
1 bunch salad greens
4 cups hen of the woods mushrooms (or your favorite, such as chanterelle)
